How to Transition from Verplas’ Rapid Self-Seal Thermal Ducting to PVC Ducting
We’ve created the video below to show how to use PVC ducting with our Rapid Self Seal Thermal Ducting.
The demonstration uses our 220×90 ducting, but the same method applies to the 204×60 ducting.
When connecting either the 204 × 60 mm or 220 × 90 mm ducting, simply insert the PVC duct into the Thermal Duct to form a tight seal. While not essential, you may choose to apply a bead of sealant around the edge of the PVC duct where it meets the Thermal Duct for added security.
