I have a question about ordering/ my order
Yes, our minimum order value is £25, not including carriage. Orders must be in box or pallet quantities.
Please allow 4 working days for your order to be delivered. Subject to items being in stock at time of shipping. This will be longer if you require delivery to outside mainland Britain.
We will advise you of the carriage costs when your order is ready to be dispatched as these costs vary due to location, order size and currency changes.
The sales team will advise you of this when you place your order. You can either wait for all the goods to be available and have the complete order shipped out, or you can put the goods not available on a back order to arrive once in stock, however the back order will be subject to standard carriage charge. The other option is to remove the goods not available from the order.
Yes, you can collect your order. There is no charge for this service. We will advise you of when you can collect your order on the sales order acknowledgment email.
As we manufacture goods to order, we are unable to accept returns of this nature.
Please contact our aftersales team who will be happy to assist you. These enquiries must be reported within 7 working days of the delivery date for a return request to be valid.
