In addition to the comprehensive range of Ventilation and Ducting products and bespoke Extrusions available from Verplas, we are now able to offer an Injection Moulding Service. We have machines available from 22 tonnes to 520 tonnes lock and coupled with our range of extrusion lines; provide a wide portfolio of plastics processing equipment that could satisfy most of your purchasing needs.
We are a manufacturing company with systems and procedures to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008 and have more than 25 years experience of supplying many OEM’s and Distributors in a wide range of markets including White Goods, Domestic Ventilation, DIY, Air Filtration, Leisure Homes, Medical Device, Road Safety and many more.
Our manufacturing expertise is at your disposal, with mouldings from a few grammes to over 2000 grammes in a range of materials from commodity to specialist, including PPC, PPH, Talc Filled PPC, HDPE, HIPS, ABS, LDPE, LLDPE, PVCp, PVCu, ACETAL, Nylon and Engineering Polymers.
We can also offer on-site tool maintenance facilities for your own tooling and a product development and tool manufacturing service to turn your ideas into reality and mass production.
