Extrusion Division
Verplas are able to offer standard and bespoke extrusion products from our own Extrusion Division. We manufacture Pipes, Tubes and Profiles in a host of materials including Rigid and Flexible PVC, Polypropylene, High and Low Density Polyethylene, ABS and many specialist grades such as TPEs, Flame Retarded Plastics and LSOH.
Rectangular Ducts
Many standard sizes including 110 x 54mm, 150 x 70mm, 180 x 95mm and 204 x 60mm in Rigid PVC.
Flexible Profiles
Any shape and size up to 70 x 70mm in Flexible PVC, Thermoplastic Elastomers and Alloys.
Rigid Profiles
Standard products for the Leisure Home Market and many others in Rigid PVC, ABS and Dual Hardness Co-extrusions. Door Surrounds a speciality.
Multi Cavity Board
Standard sizes 223 x 29mm and 310 x 29mm in Rigid PVC but any size up to 320mm wide can be accommodated.
Flexible Tubes
In diameters up to 50mm bore in clear PVC, Filled PVC, Tinted or Coloured PVC and Low Density Polyethylene and Thermoplastic Elastomers.
